Tirtzah Israel sues Target Corporation for negligence leading to personal injury

Tirtzah Israel has filed a lawsuit against Target Corporation in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, with ID number 502024CA003175XXXAMB Div: AG, was officially filed on April 5, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that due to the negligence of the defendant, she suffered injuries and damages exceeding $50,000.

The incident occurred on December 31, 2020, at a Target store located at 650 N Congress Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33426. Represented by Scher & Scher Law Group P.A., Tirtzah Israel claims that she tripped and fell due to an unsafe walking surface with a downward slope without any warning signs.

As a result of this alleged negligence by Target Corporation, Israel suffered bodily injury leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other losses. She also incurred expenses for hospitalization, medical and nursing care and treatment.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment for damages from Target Corporation and demands a trial by jury on all issues. She also seeks any relief deemed proper by the court.
