In a recent lawsuit filed in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, Green Life Farms, Inc. (GLF) has accused Michael Bell of tortious interference with business relationships. The case number is 502024CA002152XXXAMB Div: AG and was filed on March 7, 2024.

GLF alleges that Bell, a former employee of CS Operations Inc., a company providing investor relations support to GLF, embarked on a malicious campaign of lies and misrepresentations after his employment ended on January 26, 2024. These actions have allegedly caused significant damage to GLF's reputation and led to the loss of both existing and potential investors.

According to the complaint, Bell intentionally targeted GLF investors with false statements about the company with the sole purpose of terminating their relationships with GLF. This conduct has resulted in substantial damages for GLF including lost revenue and damage to its reputation.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment against Bell for actual and consequential damages as well as any other relief deemed just by the court. The lawsuit also seeks injunctive relief due to the ongoing nature of Bell's alleged actions which continue to cause irreparable harm to GLF.
