Daniel Pierce has filed a lawsuit against Brian Feuer and Max Benefits LLC in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County. The case, bearing ID 24-001833-CO, was filed on February 28, 2024. The plaintiff alleges breach of contract and unjust enrichment by the defendants.

The suit claims that Pierce entered into a loan agreement with Max Benefits LLC on August 18, 2021, for an initial investment of $15,000. The loan was to be repaid in 48 monthly installments with a flat $200 fee as interest per month and $312.50 principal. However, from September 2023 onwards, Max Benefits LLC allegedly failed to make its monthly payments as per the agreement.

Pierce seeks judgment against Max Benefits LLC for damages amounting to $11,702.90 plus prejudgment and post-judgment interest and costs of suit. He also demands any other relief deemed just and appropriate by the court.
