Erica M. Zehall sues Progressive American Insurance Company for damages due to an automobile accident

Erica M. Zehall has filed a lawsuit against Progressive American Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case, bearing ID 24-001086-CI, was filed on March 7, 2024 and revolves around an automobile accident that occurred on May 8, 2023.

Zehall's counsel, Byron L. Kennedy III from Tripp Law Firm, alleges that the defendant is a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in Pinellas County.
