Joe Hernandez Smith has filed a lawsuit against Justin David Mohr in the Circuit Court, Second Judicial Circuit, Leon County, Florida. The case ID is 2024 CA 000428 and was filed on March 14, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on the part of the defendant resulting in serious and permanent physical injury.

Smith is seeking judgment for damages and costs exceeding $50,000 from Mohr as compensation for his losses which are described as either permanent or continuing in nature.
