Charles Benton Ryan III sues RRM Culinary Enterprises and Joshua D. Goldman for negligence causing personal injury and property damage

In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, a lawsuit was filed by Charles Benton Ryan III against RRM Culinary Enterprises, LLC and Joshua D. Goldman on March 8, 2024. The case number is 502024CA002213XXXAMB Div: AN. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants' negligence resulted in a motor vehicle collision causing him physical injuries and property damage.

The incident occurred on June 2, 2023, when Mr. Ryan was riding his motorized bicycle near Okeechobee Boulevard in West Palm Beach. The plaintiff is seeking judgment against Goldman for an amount exceeding $50,000 for negligence causing personal injury and property damage. He is also claiming vicarious liability against RRM Culinary Enterprises for their employee's actions.
