The plaintiff further states that she continues to suffer from her injuries and accuses the hospital of acting in bad faith.
Swenson is seeking a jury trial to hold the hospital accountable for its alleged negligence. She asserts that her injuries were worsened due to lack of proper treatment and exposure to further violence as she had to sleep on the pavement after being discharged.
