Rina Andrade sues Xaj Salavong for damages from a motor vehicle accident

Rina Andrade has filed a lawsuit against Xaj Salavong in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas, Florida. The case, with ID 24-001018-Cl, was filed on March 4, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for an alleged motor vehicle accident caused by the defendant's negligence.

The incident occurred on August 9, 2022, when Andrade was operating a motor vehicle at Fountain Pkwy and Ulmerton Road in St. Petersburg. Salavong allegedly owned and operated another vehicle involved in the collision.

As a result of the accident, Andrade claims to have suffered bodily injury including permanent impairment, mental anguish, loss of earnings and ability to lead a normal life. Her vehicle was also damaged.

Andrade is represented by Keith M. Goan from Morgan & Morgan Tampa P.A., who is seeking judgment for damages, fees, costs and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court. A jury trial has been demanded on all issues so triable.
