Ean Michael Dayton sues Ean Holdings and Richard Wayne Chrzanowski for automobile negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Ean Michael Dayton has filed a lawsuit against defendants Ean Holdings, LLC and Richard Wayne Chrzanowski. The case number is 24-000908-CI and was filed on February 26, 2024.
The complaint alleges that on February 9, 2024, defendant Chrzanowski negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by Ean Holdings, causing it to collide with Dayton's vehicle on South Bayshore Boulevard and Courtney Campbell Scenic Highway in Clearwater.
As a result of this collision, Dayton claims to have suffered bodily injury resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, hospitalization expenses, medical and nursing care costs, loss of earnings and earning capacity. He also alleges aggravation of a previously existing condition.
Dayton is seeking judgment for damages exceeding $50,000 against both defendants as well as costs and trial by jury. His legal representation is provided by J. Stanford Morse from the Law Offices of J. Stanford Morse.
