Jeffery Leroy Plummer sues Salvatore Milo for negligence causing vehicular collision

Jeffery Leroy Plummer has filed a lawsuit against Salvatore Milo in the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case number is 24-001015-Cl and was filed on March 4, 2024. The suit alleges negligence on the part of Milo resulting in damages exceeding $50,000.

Represented by attorney Joshua A. Kopp from Farah & Farah, P.A., Plummer claims that Milo operated his vehicle carelessly and negligently, causing a collision on January 5, 2021 at the intersection of US-19 and Tarpon Ave., in Tarpon Springs, Florida. As a result of this accident, Plummer alleges he suffered physical injuries, significant scarring and disfigurement, psychological and emotional injuries, loss of wages and impaired working ability.

Plummer further claims that these injuries are continuing in nature leading to ongoing pain, disfigurement, scarring, psychological and emotional injuries as well as loss of wages and earning capacity. He is seeking judgment for damages and costs against Milo along with a trial by jury on all issues presented in the case.
