Diego Marcelo Ramirez sues Amber Marie Nicole Callahan for damages resulting from a car accident

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Diego Marcelo Ramirez against defendant Amber Marie Nicole Callahan. The case ID is 24-000978-Cl and was filed on February 29, 2024.

Represented by attorney Lenny Carapella from Morgan & Morgan Tampa, P.A., Ramirez alleges that on March 13, 2023, Callahan negligently operated her motor vehicle causing a collision with his vehicle at the intersection of 9th St N and 102nd Ave N., Pinellas County. As a result of this accident, Ramirez suffered serious injuries including bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish among others and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff also experienced loss of earnings due to his inability to work and his vehicle was damaged in the collision leading to further financial losses. He estimates the value of his claim to be in excess of $50,000 exclusive of costs, interest and attorneys’ fees.

Ramirez is seeking judgment against Callahan for an amount exceeding $50,000 and requests a trial by jury for all issues triable as of right by a jury.
