In the Circuit Court of the 61st Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Domonic Eaves has filed a lawsuit against Farmers Casualty Insurance Company, a foreign profit corporation. The case, bearing the number 24-0009 18-ClI, was filed on February 26, 2024.

Represented by Leeder Law attorneys Thomas H. Leeder and Collins S. DelPercio, Eaves alleges that he suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to an automobile accident that occurred on September 26, 2023. The incident involved an unidentified motorist who fled the scene after colliding with Eaves' 2002 Chevrolet in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County.

Eaves claims that as a result of the accident, he sustained injuries to his body and extremities which caused pain and anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, and required medical treatment. He further alleges that his working ability was impaired leading to loss of earnings and that these conditions are permanent or continuing in nature.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment for compensatory damages and costs against Farmers Casualty Insurance Company. He contends that he is entitled to benefits under his automobile insurance policy number 6923532750 with the defendant company as it provided underinsured motorist benefits.
