Mary Catherine Wooding has filed a lawsuit against Tracy Dumas and Safeco Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida. The case number is 24-000929-Cl and was filed on February 27, 2024.
The plaintiff alleges that on September 2, 2023, she suffered bodily injury and property damage due to a motor vehicle accident caused by the negligence of defendant Tracy Dumas.
