This annual list, which is part of the publication’s Florida Legal Awards program, recognizes the “region’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40” who “have wielded influence in their practice areas in South Florida and beyond.”As an Associate in the West Palm Beach office, Baker focuses his practice on entertainment and sports law, commercial litigation and family law. He represents professional athletes in contract, branding and licensing issues as well as in litigation and regulatory compliance. He also advises entertainment industry clients on a wide range of copyright, trademark and other intellectual property matters. In his family law practice, Baker has represented numerous clients in high-net-worth marital and family law matters.A leader in the community, Baker was selected to the 2023 Class of Pathfinders for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which consists of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession. He is also a current member of the Palm Beach Bar Association Diversity Committee, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40.Baker earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington.
Elevated to partner in 2023, Snyder focuses his practice on international tax planning and wealth management for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth international private clients. He regularly drafts sophisticated foreign and domestic trust agreements and advises clients regarding all aspects of international wealth succession and pre-immigration tax matters (including matters related to the U.S. taxation of foreign trusts, foreign foundations, U.S. estate and gift tax rules as applicable to non-citizen, non-residential alien domiciliaries, and the U.S. taxation of U.S. beneficiaries of foreign trusts).Snyder teaches International Inbound Tax at the University of Miami for its Tax LLM program. He is a former member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar, where he volunteered as a member of the Real Property Section and Probate and Trust Law Section. He is a frequent speaker and author on international tax matters.Snyder earned his LL.M. and J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Central Florida.
