The Reed Smith Miami office is partnering with the Miami-Dade Bar Association Young Lawyer Section and the Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers to host a panel discussion of women business professionals on International Women’s Day.

Our panel of Cristina Scarano (Spotify), Danielle Hendler (Endeavor), Jennifer Taylor (Chewy), Kristen Corpion (CorpLaw), Judge Miesha Darrough (Miami Dade County Court) and Yuliya LaRoe (Leadwise Group) will focus on: (1) mentor-mentee relationships; (2) how to become a proactive manager of your career and self-development; (3) clarity on your career path; (4) self-advocacy; and (5) how to contribute to the local community through Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyer Section, Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Miami.
We will also be hosting a raffle and donation drive for Free the Girls (an international 501 (c)(3) non-profit that uses an economic empowerment model of collecting bras to help formerly trafficked women in developing countries become entrepreneurs by selling these bras in their local second-hand clothing markets in their communities) and Dress for Success (a national 501(c)(3) non-profit whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life).
