Paramedic sues WWE for injury while taping performance

ORLANDO -- Nicholas Wallas filed a complaint on October 20 in Orange County Circuit Court against World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc, Tommaso Whitney Inc., and Tommasso Whitney for negligence.

According to the complaint, on March 11, 2020, Wallas was a paramedic for Orange County Fire Rescue, assigned to a taping at WWE's Performance Center. Wallace alleges that Whitney conducted his body in a negligent manner, causing Wallace to be struck and injured. Wallace alleges suffering disfigurement and scarring in addition to being hospitalized.
