TALLAHASSEE -- A woman is suing after falling at a hospital while visiting her OBGYN.

Emeko Washington filed a complaint on July 30 in Leon County Circuit Court against Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare, Inc. for negligent maintenance, negligent failure to warn and invasion of privacy.

According to the complaint, Washington was visiting her OBGYN on July 31, 2017 at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare when she encountered a pool of water and fell, causing her pelvic area and back to be injured. Washington alleges that after the incident, a TMH representative snuck into her backyard to take photos of her without her consent.
