ORLANDO - At least $30,000 in damages sounds like a fair price for the owners of Ono Nightclub to pay according to an Orange County woman who lost teeth in a club fight.
The lawsuit was filed on April 13 in the Orange County Circuit Court by plaintiff Jasmin M. Quinones, who was at the nightclub at roughly 2 a.m. on April 14, 2017.
Quinones says the man who smacked her in the face with a Hennessy bottle was known regularly to the defendants and that employees should have recognized the rising conflict before it escalated.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff lost consciousness and lost several teeth.
The defendants are charged with negligence and negligent security.
Quinones is represented by the McMahon Law Group PA and the Orlando Injury Law Firm.
