TALLAHASSEE - The owner of Brooklyn Pizza on West Pensacola St. in Tallahassee and its property were named in a personal injury negligence suit filed on April 14 in the Leon County Circuit Court.
The complaint was filed by plaintiff Vonkeith Latreal Chambers of Midway. He visited Brooklyn Pizza on November 7, 2020, and was seated in the outdoor dining area when he says he fell through the wooden floorboards and was seriously injured.
Brooklyn Pizza is owned and operated by Purecure Inc., and the property is owned by Ghazvini Asbury LTD.
The defendants are each charged with negligence. Chambers is represented by the Corry Law Firm PA of Tallahassee in his request for injuries.
