ORLANDO — A Florida resident is suing a production company and its manager alleging fraud amounting to $155,000.

Jeanette Perez filed a complaint on May 17 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida-Orange County against Kadaae, LLC and Andres Fernandez alleging that they employed a scheme to defraud and deceive to obtain investment funds.

According to the complaint, Perez alleges that, between Sept. 9, 2015, and July 15, 2016, she made several investments in live-music-production events to defendants, whom she claims knowingly and willfully made false statements and representations to solicit investments.
