Law money 04

ORLANDO — A Tennessee resident is suing Westgate Lakes LLC, alleging negligence.

James Hall filed a complaint on April 30 in the Orange Circuit Court alleging that Westgate Lakes failed to follow applicable safety guidelines and regulations on its Orlando property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 27, 2016 he suffered bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, loss of enjoyment of life, lost earnings, and aggravation of a previously existing condition as a result of the negligence of an agent who struck the defendant with a luggage cart.

The plaintiff holds Westgate Lakes responsible because the defendant allegedly failed its duty to maintain and supervise the premises where the accident occurred, and failed to properly train and supervise employees so as not to caused injuries.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks a judgment against the defendant for damages and costs. He is represented by Kevin A. Brown of Farah & Farah PA in Winter Park.
