ORLANDO — A Groveland landlord is suing tenants, citing alleged breach of a lease agreement.

VJ Oleno, LLC filed a complaint Nov. 15 in Orange County Circuit Court against Armes, LLC and Lawrence M. Destefano, alleging they failed to pay their obligations.

According to the complaint,  VJ Oleno has suffered financial damages of $15,000 when the defendants vacated the property at 20545 Independence Blvd., Groveland, prior to the expiration of the lease agreement. The plaintiff alleges Armes and Destefano failed to timely pay the required rent, sales, late charges and other miscellaneous charges.

VJ Oleno seeks trial by jury, at least $15,000 as compensatory damages, court costs, reasonable attorney fees and all other relief the court deems just and proper. It is represented by attorney David J. Pedersen of Orlando.
