CLEARWATER — A Pinellas County motorist is suing another driver, alleging the defendant's negligence caused a crash.
Nicholas Sparcino filed a complaint Nov. 15 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Karl G. Maier, alleging faliure to exercise the standard care and skill required in operating a motor vehicle.
According to the complaint, on Nov. 30, 2016, Sparcino was driving on Belcher Road, north of Pak Boulevard, in Pinellas Park. The suit says Sparcino car was hit by Maier's vehicle who negligently drove his car into the plaintiff's vehicle.
Spacinio says he sustained pain and suffering, mental anguish, loss of capacity to enjoy life and to earn money and incurred medical expenses. The plaintiff alleges Maier failed to properly operate and control his vehicle.
Sparcino seeks trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, court costs, interest and all other relief the court deems proper. He is represented by attorneys Mark S. Roman and Morgan L. Gaynor of Roman & Gaynor in Clearwater.
