Individual alleged to owe more than $20,000 on credit card

CLEARWATER – An individual is alleged to have defaulted on a credit card.

Cavalry SPV I LLC filed a complaint on April 6 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Zilanda Dutra alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, Citibank issued a credit card to the defendant and that obligation was later assigned to the plaintiff. 

The plaintiff holds Dutra responsible because the defendant allegedly owes $20,177.63.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for balance due of $20,177.63, plus interest, costs of court and further relief that may be justly entitled. It is represented by Yulexy Solis of Andreu, Palma, Lavin & Solis PLLC in Miami.
