Cruise 06

MIAMI – A Lake Mary resident alleges she was injured on a cruise ship because of a ramp.

Christine Bojanowski filed a complaint on Jan. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Celebrity Cruises Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 15, 2016, she sustained physical injuries, including a right shoulder dislocation and a knee injury, after tripping on a ramp.
