ORLANDO – A property owner alleges it is owed rent.
Rozaland LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 29 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Gilson's International Cuisine Inc., doing business as Vittorio's, and Gilson Rodrigues alleging breach of lease agreement.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 30, 2015, it entered into a written lease agreement with the defendants and that the defendants failed to pay rent and additional charges due.
The plaintiff holds Gilson's International Cuisine Inc. and Gilson Rodrigues responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay sums due under the lease agreement, and failed to fulfill their obligations under contract.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants, damages, interest, court costs, attorney's fees, and further relief as the court deems proper. It is represented by Patrick A. McGee of McGee & Powers PA in Orlando.
