Former employee alleges Do All Maintenance did not pay overtime wages

Law money 07

TAMPA – A maintenance technician alleges that he was not paid overtime wages during his employment.

Kenneth Reinhart filed a complaint on May 9 in the Tampa Division of the Middle District of Florida against Do All Maintenance LLC alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that from March 4, 2012, through April 27, 2015, he routinely worked for the defendant for more than 40 hours per week but was paid straight time only for all his extra hours worked. The plaintiff holds Do All Maintenance LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay him overtime compensation at a rate of one-and-one-half of his regular rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per workweek and failed to maintain accurate time records.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment for all overtime hours, liquidated damages, attorney's fees and costs and any further relief that the court deems just and appropriate. He is represented by Carlos V. Leach of Morgan & Morgan PA in Orlando.
