Ouida Hall sues Wal-Mart Stores East for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiff Ouida Hall has filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, a foreign limited partnership. The case ID is 502024CA002448XXXAMB Div: AO and was filed on March 15, 2024.

Represented by The Moses Legal Team, P.A., Hall alleges that she slipped and fell on a transparent liquid believed to be water from a leaking ice machine at the Walmart Supercenter located at 162035 South Military Trail, Delray Beach, Florida. The incident occurred on February 11, 2023. She claims that Wal-Mart Stores East, LP failed to maintain its premises in a safe condition and did not provide any warning about the dangerous condition.

Hall seeks damages in excess of $50,000 exclusive of interest and costs.
