Gail Cohen sues V9 Eats LLC for negligence leading to personal injury

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Pinellas County, plaintiff Gail Cohen has filed a lawsuit against V9 Eats LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company. The case ID is 24-001590-CI and was filed on April 9, 2024.

The plaintiff, represented by attorney Richard James Symanski II, alleges that she sustained injuries due to negligence by the defendant's management. On February 21, 2024, at approximately 5:45 P.M., Cohen was asked to leave the premises of V9 Eats and was prevented from using the handicapped ramp, resulting in her falling down and sustaining injuries.

Cohen claims that as a result of this incident, she suffered injuries to her head, face, jaw, neck, back, spine, arms, legs and more. She also claims loss of earnings and capacity for enjoyment of life among other damages.

The plaintiff is seeking judgment against V9 Eats LLC for damages in excess of $50,000 excluding costs and demands a jury trial on the issues so triable.
