Customer Sues Popular Brewery for Negligence After Trip-and-Fall Incident

Loretta Thomas has filed a lawsuit seeking damages after a trip and fall incident at a popular brewing location. The complaint was filed on April 14, 2025, in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, against 3 Daughters Brewing, LLC and 3DB Property, LLC.

The case revolves around an accident that occurred on February 29, 2024, when Loretta Thomas visited the premises of 3 Daughters Brewing located at 222 22nd Street South in St. Petersburg, Florida.
