James Dingle, a resident of Palm Beach County, has filed a lawsuit against two companies for negligence after suffering serious injuries from a slip and fall incident. The complaint was filed on February 21, 2025, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The defendants named in the case are 855 S. Ocean Blvd., LLC and Quogue Operations Management, LLC.

The lawsuit stems from an incident that occurred on June 24, 2023, when Dingle was visiting the premises located at 855 S. Ocean Blvd., Delray Beach. According to the complaint, Dingle slipped and fell on an exterior stairwell due to an "unreasonably slick surface," which he claims created a highly dangerous condition. As a result of this fall, Dingle alleges he sustained serious injuries leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, and other losses including medical expenses and loss of earnings.

Dingle accuses both defendants of breaching their non-delegable duties by failing to maintain the property in a reasonably safe condition and not warning him of any potential dangers. The complaint outlines specific failures such as not correcting known dangerous conditions or conducting operations in a negligent manner. Furthermore, it is alleged that both companies either knew or should have known about these hazardous conditions long enough to take corrective action but failed to do so.

In his legal filing, Dingle asserts that the defendants' negligence has resulted in ongoing physical and emotional distress as well as financial burdens due to medical treatments and lost income. He argues that these losses are either permanent or will continue into the future.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against both defendants for damages exceeding $50,000. Additionally, he demands a trial by jury for all issues deemed triable under this case. The law firm representing James Dingle is Law Offices of Brian D. Guralnick, P.A., with attorneys Samuel R. Guelli and Guy C. Icangelo Jr., who are handling his case.

The Case Number is: 502025CA001624XXXAMB Div: AG.
