Fox Rothschild welcomes Franklin L. Zemel, CIPP/US, CIPM and Alan R. Poppe as partners in the Litigation Department. They will be based in the West Palm Beach and Miami offices, respectively.

Zemel focuses his practice on cybersecurity and data privacy, trusts and estates litigation, First Amendment and civil rights litigation, complex business litigation and appellate law. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) credentialled by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and an active member of the American Arbitration Association's National Roster of Arbitrators.
Poppe helps clients resolve complex business disputes and tort litigation at the trial and appellate levels and advises on risk mitigation strategies. He regularly handles matters involving civil fraud, unfair trade practices, false advertising claims, business torts, shareholder derivative disputes, First Amendment and civil rights litigation and class action litigation.
Zemel and Poppe each earned their J.D. from University of Miami School of Law.
Prior to joining Fox, Zemel and Poppe were partners at Saul Ewing LLP.
