Greenberg Traurig, P.A.Miami Real Estate Associate Jin Xin was selected as a 2025 40 Under 40 Award recipient by the Miami-Dade Bar (MDB) Young Lawyers Section.
The 40 Under 40 awards program honors young lawyers who have displayed professional excellence in their early career, according to the MDB. Xin, along with the other honorees, will be recognized at the MDB’s signature event, Miami Nights, taking place Feb. 27 at the Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables.
Xin is a real estate attorney who provides legal counsel in connection with the acquisition, development, and disposition of office, residential, and retail properties. She also advises on acquisition and construction loans and landlords and tenants on office and retail lease transactions. Xin began her career in corporate law with experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and general corporate matters. She was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America 2024-2025 as “Ones to Watch” for Real Estate Law.
Dedicated to giving back to her local community, Xin is a graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, an annual program in partnership with the South Florida Progress Foundation. She was recognized with the “Project of the Year” Award and “Outstanding Project” Award for Leadership Miami’s Spring 2024 program for her volunteer service project, which benefited local nonprofit Camillus House.
Additionally, Xin is a member of the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida/Caribbean Chapter’s Young Leaders Group.
