Legal publication Florida Trend named Nelson Mullins partner Hollie Croft to their Notable - Women Leaders in Law list, published in December.
Croft, who is a partner based in the firm's Orlando office and a leader of the affordable housing practice, represents developers in the acquisition, development, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors nationwide and in Puerto Rico.
She also represents developers in market rate transactions. As a corporate real estate attorney, she has demonstrated both detailed legal knowledge and a deep capacity for advocacy and negotiation. In her client-relationship role, Croft is praised for possessing strong legal and business acumen.
Croft continues to cement her place in the steadily growing Florida legal field that features women in prominent roles. In 2023, more than one-quarter (28%) of all law firm partners in Florida were women, according to the National Association of Law Placement’s 2023 Report on Diversity in U.S. Law Firms, Florida Trend reported.
