Joining Clausen Miller’s Boca Raton office as a partner, Jonathan Wickham focuses his practice on civil litigation, including matters related to first and third-party insurance coverage, general liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, construction defect, municipal liability, Section 1983, employment law and workers’ compensation. In addition, he has extensive experience drafting and filing appellate briefs in numerous jurisdictions.
Mykal Hill joins Clausen Miller as an associate. Located in Fort Lauderdale, Mykal concentrates his practice on first and third-party insurance litigation, including negligence and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Clausen Miller, he worked as a litigator, handling court appearances, depositions, mediations and inspections, negotiating settlements and drafting pleadings, motions, memos and discovery responses.
