Nelson Mullins partner Hollie Croft was named a 2024 “Influencer in Multifamily Real Estate” by GlobeSt.com, a branch of ALM Media.
The award recognizes some of the most notable professionals in the multifamily scene, from developers, investors, and brokers to those introducing new concepts and products to the business. Individuals or organizations and teams are awarded for being pioneers who have made an impact in the multifamily real estate industry.
Croft, who is based out of the firm’s Orlando office, is the leader of the firm’s affordable housing practice. She represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation, preservation, and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, utilizing a wide range of federal, state, and local affordable housing programs. Additionally, she represents developers in market-rate transactions.
Croft serves as a member of the American Bar Association & Forum Committee on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law and is a committee member for the HUD and HUD Programs & Tax Credits and Equity Financing committee. She is also both secretary and director of the Coalition of Attainable Housing Providers of Florida, Inc.
