Global law firm Reed Smith announced that it advised Elevate, a leading provider of software, consulting, and services for law, on its acquisition of Redgrave Data. Redgrave Data is a Chambers Band 1 NewLaw legal data and AI consulting and technology services company that provides innovative and defensible technology strategies, insights, services, and solutions to customers who face challenges with electronically stored information in a legal context.
The cross-office Reed Smith team that advised Elevate was led by Mark Pedretti, global chair of the firm’s private equity group and corporate partner Seth Merl, and included:
