Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli recently advised Landvault, an award-winning tech company specializing in immersive technology and digital twins that is one of the leading developers in the Web3 metaverse, in its acquisition by Infinite Reality (iR), an innovation company powering the next generation of digital media and ecommerce through AI and immersive technologies. The all-stock transaction valued Landvault at $450 million and solidifies iR's foundation to lead the revolution in immersive digital environments.
