Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. represented bond investors in the issuance of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Grant Anticipation Notes Series 2024 and Series 2024-B by the National Finance Authority, totaling $50,400,000. The proceeds from these bonds have been loaned to Francis Energy Charging, LLC to finance the construction of an electric vehicle charging station network. This project will be reimbursed by funds from the federal National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure program.
