Fox Rothschild is pleased to welcome William M. Bromley to the West Palm Beach, FL office as counsel in the Taxation & Wealth Planning Department.
Bromley provides practical solutions for trust and estate administration, including minor guardianship matters, helping clients settle disputes without unnecessary litigation. When litigation is unavoidable, however, Bromley relies on his extensive litigation experience to advocate for his clients in court.
Bromley represents clients serving as fiduciaries, trust and estate beneficiaries, claimants seeking to recover from estates and trusts, and trust companies in the management of high-net-worth trusts.
Bromley serves on the Palm Beach County Probate/Guardianship Committee, a group that actively works to improve and implement further oversight and administration of probate and guardianship cases in Palm Beach County.
He earned his J.D.,magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
Prior to joining Fox, Bromley was a partner at Ellis Law Group.
