Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. and its attorneys were recognized with the “And Justice for All Award” at the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County's 75th Anniversary Gala held May 11 at the Kravis Center. The evening honored individuals and organizations in the community who champion access to justice.

“We are proud of our attorneys and their ongoing efforts to provide pro bono legal services for those in need,” said Mark F. Bideau and Tracy L. Gerber, co-managing shareholders of Greenberg Traurig’s West Palm Beach office. “Serving our community is a core value of our firm, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to continuing to collaborate with the Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach.”

The organization is committed to providing high-quality civil legal advice, representation, and education to the disadvantaged of Palm Beach County to protect their personal safety, enhance their opportunities and living conditions, and promote self-sufficiency.

The firm was recognized for going above and beyond to ensure justice for underserved members of the community, including developing the Greenberg Traurig Independent Living Review Project with the Palm Beach Legal Aid Society. The program helps kids aging out of foster care with legal, financial, and other issues they confront as they try to make their way as adults. Greenberg Traurig attorneys are also long-time members of the Juvenile Advocacy Project through Legal Aid, representing children through age 18 in Juvenile Court in dependency and delinquency matters, adoption, and foster care.
