Jorge Antonio has filed a lawsuit against Temeka Monique Wright, Tamaya Aliyah Wright, and Progressive Select Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA004518XXXAMB, and it was e-filed on May 15, 2024. The lawsuit seeks damages exceeding $50,000 for injuries sustained in a car accident.

On July 15, 2023, Tamaya Aliyah Wright was driving a 2004 Nissan Maxima owned by Temeka Monique Wright when she collided with Jorge Antonio's vehicle on North CR 807 in Boynton Beach. The plaintiff alleges that Tamaya's negligent driving caused him significant bodily injury and other losses. Represented by Schuler, Weisser, Zoeller, Overbeck & Baxter P.A., Antonio claims ongoing pain and suffering, medical expenses, and loss of earning capacity.

Antonio asserts that Temeka Monique Wright is vicariously liable for the accident as the vehicle owner who permitted Tamaya to drive. Additionally, Progressive Select Insurance Company is named for uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage under their policy with Antonio.

The plaintiff seeks compensatory damages for his injuries and losses along with costs and interest from all defendants. He also demands a jury trial to resolve the matter.
