Esgar D. Ramos-Gomez has filed a lawsuit against David D. Edward Thulin and General Garage Door Co., Inc. in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida (Case No.: 502024CA004587XXXAMB) on May 16, 2024. The lawsuit pertains to an automobile accident that occurred on February 5, 2024, involving negligence claims.

According to the complaint, Ramos-Gomez was driving a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander when he was struck by a 2022 Ford vehicle operated by Thulin and owned by General Garage Door Co., Inc. Carlos J.
