The plaintiff's attorney, David Brevda from Senior Justice Law Firm, claims that the defendants failed to provide adequate care to Valentino Julian, resulting in preventable injuries such as pressure wounds and infections. The damages sought exceed $50,000, exclusive of costs, interest, and attorney’s fees. The alleged negligence includes failure to prevent physical injury and abuse, inadequate assessment and response to medical conditions, and lack of proper supervision.

Caroline Julian, acting as Power of Attorney for Valentino Julian, has filed a lawsuit against Arden Courts of Seminole FL, LLC; HCR III Healthcare, LLC; and ProMedica Health System Inc. The case was filed in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County under Case Number 24-002181-CI on May 16, 2024. The lawsuit alleges violations of Chapter 429 by the defendants while Valentino Julian was a resident at their assisted living facility.

Caroline Julian is seeking judgment for damages against all three defendants. She demands compensation for bodily injury, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life, hospitalization expenses, medical and nursing care costs.
