In the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida, a lawsuit has been filed by plaintiff Jakeria Tashae Carter against Red Park LLC. The case, bearing the ID 502024CA004165XXXAMB and filed on May 3, 2024, seeks damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiff's attorney, Jonathan I. Rotstein, Esquire, alleges that Carter suffered serious and permanent physical injury after tripping over a stump on Red Park LLC's premises located at 609 W. 7th Street, Pahokee, Palm Beach County. The incident occurred on December 14, 2022.

Red Park LLC is accused of negligence in maintaining its premises and failing to warn the plaintiff of potential hazards. The defendant allegedly breached its duty of care by not maintaining the external grounds properly and failing to correct tripping hazards.

Carter is seeking relief based on allegations that Red Park LLC failed to maintain their premises in a reasonably safe condition and did not provide adequate warning about concealed perils. She claims that this negligence resulted in her accident and subsequent injuries.
