Danielle Walcott sues State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company for failing to compensate for car accident damages

In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, Danielle Walcott has filed a lawsuit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The case (ID: 502024CA003840XXXAMB Div: AG) was filed on April 24, 2024 and alleges that State Farm failed to compensate Walcott for damages resulting from an automobile accident.

The plaintiff, Danielle Walcott, represented by her counsel, is seeking damages exceeding $50,000. On November 8, 2023, Walcott was involved in a car accident as a passenger in a Toyota vehicle. The incident occurred at the intersection of PGA Boulevard and Interstate 95 in Palm Beach Gardens when Jamal Moreland's Ford vehicle collided with the Toyota.

Walcott claims that Moreland negligently operated his vehicle leading to her severe injuries including permanent scarring and disfigurement. She also alleges loss of future earning capacity and past wage loss due to this incident.

Walcott is seeking judgment against State Farm for damages exceeding $50,000 plus costs, interests and attorney’s fees if allowed by law. She also demands compensation for doctor’s bills, hospital bills and other related expenses incurred due to the accident.
