Represented by her attorneys, plaintiff Lisa Kanof alleges that she suffered permanent bodily injury due to falling on an outdoor staircase at Arbor Oaks Apartment building in Boca Raton, Florida. The defendants are accused of negligence as they allegedly failed to maintain the stairs in a safe condition, resulting in cracks, broken concrete and crumbling stairs.
