Taylor Hoff sues Progressive Select Insurance Company for damages due to a motor vehicle collision

Taylor Hoff has filed a lawsuit against Progressive Select Insurance Company and Carole Held in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court for Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA003687XXXAMB Div: AD, and it was filed on April 19, 2024.

The plaintiff, represented by her counsel, alleges that she suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to a motor vehicle collision that occurred on December 23, 2023. The incident took place at the intersection of South Dixie Highway and Colonial Road in Palm Beach County. The defendant Carole Held is accused of negligently operating a 1999 Volkswagen motor vehicle which collided with Hoff's vehicle.
