In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiffs Alicia Montalvo and Ashley Montalvo Weiner have filed a lawsuit against defendant Johnny Mayo. The case, with ID 24-001686-CI, was filed on April 16, 2024. The lawsuit is an action for damages exceeding $50,000 related to a motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 5, 2023.

The plaintiffs are represented by their undersigned attorneys and claim that the defendant negligently operated his motor vehicle resulting in a collision with their car. They assert that as a result of this accident, they suffered bodily injuries, mental anguish, loss of earnings and other losses. Their vehicle was also damaged during the incident.

On the other hand, Johnny Mayo is accused of failing to operate his motor vehicle with reasonable care and due regard for others' safety. He allegedly caused significant harm to both Alicia Montalvo and Ashley Montalvo Weiner who were residents of Pinellas County at the time of the accident.

The plaintiffs are seeking judgment against Mayo in excess of $50,000 along with a trial by jury for all issues triable as of right by a jury. They argue that their losses are either permanent or continuing and will be suffered in the future.
