Daniel McElveen sues C.H. Beach Resort Condominium Association for personal injury due to alleged negligence

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Daniel McElveen has filed a lawsuit against C.H. Beach Resort Condominium Association, Inc.
